SAME DAY SHIPPING - No extra charge, we make every effort to ship the same day that orders are taken. If you are in a hurry be sure to ask about Second or Third working day service. (not guaranteed December 12-25.) Most orders ship via ground. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $9.95
CHECKS - In US funds drawn on a US bank made payable to Sacramento Mustang. Allow extra time for clearance before order processing on personal & company checks.
CREDIT CARDS - VISA, Master card, Discover/Novus accepted. For your protection we only ship to billing address and walk-in sales require card holder to be present.
COD - We do not offer COD service. However, the shipping cart offers the payment option of "Mailing in check". There is no added charge for this.
MAILING LIST - When you make a purchase, you are automatically on our mailing list keeping you up to date with specials, new products and current events. Be sure to subscribe to our eNewsletter if you have not made a purchase with us. We do not give out or sell our mailing list.
BACKORDERS - Our standard policy is to ship the items that are in stock and then ship the remainder as it becomes available. There are rare cases when we will hold the entire order until it is complete. We will only carry a backorder for 90 days.
CORES
* All Core refunds are refunded via US Mail
* All Core refunds are subject to approval of manufacture
* Refunds normally take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the manufacture
* Non rebuildable Cores will be returned to us from the manufacture at our expense
* Components missing and or broken will be billed to Core when ever replacement parts are available
* Core must be returned in the original box regardless of the box condition.
* Core must be returned within 30 days of purchase
REFUNDS - Cash purchases are refunded via Check, by US Mail only.
ALL RETURNS - Require a RGA number (Return Goods Authorization). Without this number written on the outside of the shipping box, package will be refused. To obtain authorization, contact us during regular business hours. Freight must be prepaid.
RETURNS - All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. (The charge does not apply to customers who choose other merchandise of the same or greater value) All returns must be made within 20 days of receipt of part. Any merchandise returned past the 20 days will not be refunded.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS - Include special orders, electrical parts/wiring, stripe kits and publications. All returns must be in good saleable condition.
DAMAGED ITEMS - Do not Return the Damaged parts to us. If a damaged part is returned to us without filing a claim the carrier will not be responsible and your loss will not be covered. All damaged items must be reported to the carrier by the customer and us within 3 days of receipt. Be sure to give us the claim number the carrier provides to help Sacramento Mustang send out the replacement parts faster.
